How frequently and for how long should I wear the shorts?
There is no hard and fast rule for usage of the shorts. It depends on how you utilize them. If in conjunction with an anti-cellulite cream, they should be worn at least an hour after application of the cream. Some customers apply the cream and actually sleep in their shorts. If using the shorts for exercise, under clothes, doing chores, etc., you can wear the shorts as long as they are comfortable.
When will I see results from using Delfin Shorts and Anti-cellulite cream?
Our customers have realized a range of benefits by utilizing our Delfin Spa shorts and/or anti-cellulite cream ranging from slimmer and smoother legs, weight loss, improved workouts, warmer muscles during exercise, etc. Some customers seem results within a few days while other takes a few weeks. Results will vary by individual body type and how the shorts are used.
How do I care for the shorts?
The shorts should be hand-washed in cool to warm water with a mild detergent and line dried. Using a washing machine should not be the standard practice (once in a while is OK) and never machine dry.
Should I wear anything underneath the shorts?
Yes. Wearing underwear beneath the shorts will not negatively impact the shorts’ performance and is advised for proper hygiene and health.

What's up with the funny smell?
You may notice a slight rubbery odor when you first open your product package. This is common and expected from the neoprene. We air the material prior to sewing; however, the smell can build up a bit once the package is sealed. Any odor will quickly dissipate with use and from its initial washing.
What is your exchange/return policy?
We are happy to exchange shorts if the size is not correct or to process returns. In both circumstances, the shorts should not be worn other than to check size. As long as the shorts are in like-new condition, you can return them anytime.
What information should I include when exchanging/returning a product?
Please include your name, address, phone number and instructions (return for refund, exchange for a different size, etc.). For returns, please include your order number as we use that to locate your order and issue the refund. If you do not have your order number, please include your email address.
