If you receive a damaged product or were sent the incorrect item, contact us to immediately remedy the problem, including crediting you for return shipping and paying for shipping the new product.
If you choose to exchange the product for a different product/size, we will pay for shipping of the replacement to you. You are responsible for the shipping to return the exchange to us. All returns can either be exchanged or returned for refund to your credit card. The refund will reflect the total order cost minus shipping.
